Labor Law is one of the areas of law in which
Eptalex MTN is highly active. Legal consultancy
and attorney services are provided in both areas,
which can be classified as employee rights and
employer rights. Within this scope, services are
provided in the fields of Aviation, Press Labor,
Maritime Labor, and Labor Law No. 4857. In
addition, Eptalex MTN also undertakes
mediation in disputes between employees and
employers.
Eptalex MTN:
• Provides legal advisory services at every stage
of the hiring process, both before and after, in
line with the needs of its clients.
• Prepares carefully drafted employment
contracts and shares them with its clients.
• Provides legal support in all disputes arising
from labor-employer disputes that can be
resolved through litigation, primarily cases of
reinstatement and employee claims (seniority,
notice, overtime pay, etc.) arising from the
termination of employment contracts.
• It takes on a preventive role in resolving
employee-employer disputes, working
effectively with employer representatives and
human resources departments, and providing
legal training and consulting services to its clients
on requested topics.
• Provides legal advisory services to employees
whose employment contracts have been
terminated without just cause or who have been
subjected to mobbing (psychological pressure) at
their workplace, follows up on litigation
processes (reinstatement, personal rights,
seniority, notice, etc.), and shows great
sensitivity in reporting each stage to the client.
