BACKJad assists the Dispute Resolution and Corporate departments at the firm with drafting pleadings, contracts and conducting legal research for the given cases . In addition to forming, maintaining, and liquidating companies.
As a specialist in Intellectual Property, Jad helps in registering and protecting patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
Jad is also active in the Real Estate department. He contributes in managing the acquisition, development, management, lease, or disposal of any real estate in Lebanon from start to finish.
Prior to joining Eptalex, Jad gained experience in legal research as he did several internships in the litigation field where he acquired remarkable expertise by handling or assisting on cases related to Civil law, Criminal law and Juvenile law.
